Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no cancellation fees.

To cancel, go to your Dashboard settings.

Refunds

Hyntronix offers refunds for digital products and subscriptions under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If the software does not function as described and I am unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accidental Purchase: If you request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction and have not significantly used the service/product.

Digital Products Disclaimer

Due to the nature of digital goods (downloadable software, code templates), I generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a defect.
