1. Individual Professional License

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Hyntronix™.

Licensing Model: Hyntronix products are licensed to Individual Professionals. You may use them for commercial work (freelancing, contracting, etc.), but the license is tied to you personally, not a corporate entity. We do not offer enterprise support agreements.

2. Account Ownership

You represent that you are an individual professional. You may not share your account credentials with coworkers or team members. Each user must have their own license.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is my proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by me or licensed to me, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitations of Liability

Hyntronix provides tools to assist your professional workflow. We are not responsible for any bugs in your code, lost creative work, or deadlines missed while using our software.
